ThatcherJoeとはイギリス出身のYouTubeブロガー。登録者数は700万人を超え、2015年にはBBC Radio 1によりBest British Bloggerに選出された。昨年、今年と映画や著書の制作、販売を行っている。彼の姉であるZoellaも1100万人を超える登録者数を持つYouTuber。
彼の英語はBritish アクセントである（正確にはBritish Accentというカテゴリーの英語はなく、イギリス国内にも多数のアクセントが存在する）。また、動画にたびたび登場する友人、CasperやJoshは南アフリカ出身であるため、イギリス英語に近いアクセントを聞くことができる。

The thing is, 問題は、つまりは、（つなぎ言葉）
